We are offering a beautifully furnished room in a characterful 4-room apartment, just 450 meters from Zurich Hauptbahnhof, yet nestled in a peacefully quiet neighborhood. The room is tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings, including a luxurious box spring bed, Art Nouveau lamps from the 1910s, a Biedermeier walnut table (circa 1870s), and an elegant chandelier from the 1930s. Antique mirrors and charming wooden paneling add to the room’s unique atmosphere. The space is flooded with natural light and features a large wardrobe for ample storage.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining.
The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, providing a warm, inviting environment.

Meet Your Flatmates:
Jana, originally from Prague, is a postdoctoral researcher specializing in Philosophy and Ethics of Technology and AI. She brings thoughtful insights into contemporary ethical debates.
Tom, from Berlin, is also a postdoc, focusing on Botany. A seasoned global adventurer, he has fascinating stories from his travels around the world.
Lisa runs her own startup in Digital Communication. She’s always up for discussing the latest trends in tech and media.

All flatmates are in their mid-thirties to mid-forties, creating a balanced and mature living environment that fosters both intellectual discussion and relaxation.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a new flatmate who is mature, opinionated, and brings life experience to our home. Ideally, you appreciate living in a space that values both lively conversation and peaceful coexistence. If you have interests in culture, arts, politics, literature, or topics like global sustainability, we’d love to hear from you. A passion for travel or global issues would also be highly valued.

Currently there are two rooms available. One for 1190 CHF and another one for 1270 CHF.
