I am the tenant of this beautiful 3.5 room apartment (described below) where I have sublet one of the rooms. I am looking to move into a smaller apartment (studio to a 2.5 room) with a budget of CHF 1700. If you are currently renting such a place and are interested in moving into my apartment, I would be keen to exchange leases.

oLaundry room in the Basement with Washing machine and tumble dryer that is shared by the residents of this building (6 apartments)
oUtility room for additional storage space and Bicycle room in Basement
oApartment is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator
oApartment has been recently upgraded with high quality appliances. The construction is such that there is a lot of natural light all year round.

The Location
The building is situated on Bachtobelstrasse with a direct view of Uetlihof from the balcony. The location is at the base of Uetliberg, so you are pretty much in the middle of nature. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. The apartment is very well connected to the center of Zurich by public transport – there is the train station at Binz (5 minutes’ walk) where S10 goes to HB and Selnau. The tram station at Laubegg and Uetlihof are at a 7 minutes walking distance and serviced by Tram 5 and 13. The bus lines 32, 76, 72 and 89 can be taken from Binz Center, Manneseplatz and Hegianwandweg. Location is central and next to cafes, supermarkets (Lidl, Migros, Coop, Denner) and outdoor walking / running paths.

What am I looking for:
An apartment that fits the budget of CHF 1700, is well connected to the Zurich city centre (if not in a central location). Preferably with a balcony and dishwasher.
