Hey there,

It’s with great sadness that I offer this beautiful and spacious apartment that I’ve lived in for almost 3 years. But I’d like to move to a cheaper place with a similar style in a different location. I’m not fussy about which district or even outside the city would be okay depending on the location and the apartment on offer.

This apartment is in a cul de sac and also facing a courtyard, so there is hardly any noise from traffic or the street but there is a lot of direct light! All the windows are soundproof, so you don’t hear the noise of the station since Giesshübel is within a 2 minute walk.

The apartment consists of one large kitchen and diner with a balcony adjacent (courtyard view), a good sized living room with built in storage, a smaller room (currently used an office), a bathroom and a spacious bedroom as you can see on the plan and in the pictures.

All amenities are very modern including a dishwasher and a small washing machine in the kitchen. The main washer/dryer can be found in the basement and runs without a timetable but everyone in the building is very easygoing. You also have quite a large storage space in the basement (enough for a few bikes/skis and additional storage.)
The station Giesshübel and Binz are very close, and it’s only a 7 or 8 minute walk to Sihlcity for tram connections and shopping. The bus 72 is also a 5 minute walk away next to the COOP.

The apartment is perfect for a single or a couple but it’s also possible to use the current living room as a second bedroom.

As mentioned previously, I am interested in exchanging this apartment for one of a similar style, could be less rooms but in good condition with a balcony. Ideally, it’ll be no less than 70m2 as I have a lot of furniture that would be too hard for me to part with.
